Payment Methods:

Credit Card
For ease of payment, and especially for our international customers, Quantum Discount accepts Credit Cards for payment over the phone.

U.S. Electronic Cheque
If US customers wish to pay using an Electronic Cheque against their U.S. bank account, the CSR will ask you during Step 4 for bank account information that you can find on your existing cheques and for your ID information - please have these ready before you call.

Payment Terms:
Cancellation
You may phone the same number that you ordered from, any time before midnight in your time zone on the day after you ordered, to cancel your order. Your order will be cancelled, shipping will be stopped, and any payments that have already been made will be reversed.

Return
If any good you receive is not the same item you ordered, please call our Call Centre within 24 hours of receiving it and indicate that you will return the product to the sending address on the package. During that call, our CSR will confirm which product you really wanted. We will send you that item once we receive the incorrect item back. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund
If any item you receive is not required after all, you can return it, within 5 days of receiving it, to the sending address on the package for a full refund. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Your payment will be reversed within 24 hours of our receiving the product.
